['kliːvlənd kwɔː'tet], 1968 in Marlboro (Vermont) gegründetes amerikanisches Streichquartett mit William Preucil (* 1958, 1. Violine), Peter Salaff (* 1941, 2. Violine), James Dunham (* 1950, Viola) und Paul Katz (* 1941, Violoncello). Das Repertoire umfasste Werke der Wiener Klassik und Romantik, besonders von F. Mendelssohn Bartholdy und J. Brahms, sowie der neuen Musik, u. a. C. Ives und B. Bartók. 1995 löste sich das Cleveland Quartet auf.
